Tim began his career in real estate as an appraiser with Cardinal Appraisal in 2004.
He has since refined his expertise while workinged for STL Appraisal Group and Red Eagle Appraisal.
In 2016, he joined Authority Appraisals as a Real Estate Appraiser.
Tim holds certifications in both Missouri and Illinois and is a member of the National, Missouri, and St. Charles Association of Realtors.
