Stephanie has extensive experience assessing various commercial assets, including retail, multi-family, mixed-use, vacant land, industrial, and office properties. She has authored narrative appraisal reports for banks, private lenders, attorneys, individuals, and estates.
Stephanie earned a B.S. in Communications from Missouri State University and achieved her Certified General Certification in Missouri by completing over 300 hours of education, accumulating more than 3,000 hours of work experience, and passing an 8-hour state exam. Before her career in commercial real estate, Stephanie worked in sales and management.
She has authored narrative appraisal reports for banks, private lenders, attorneys, individuals, and estates.
