Kent Gastreich

Kent Gastreich is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and has worked in the field of real estate for over 40 years. His experience in this field includes engineering, environmental, management, and appraisal aspects. He also has extensive global experience working with lending institutions and properties, and he has appraised industrial, office, retail, multi-family, and commercial properties. Kent is especially well-versed in preparing and managing appraisals for multi-site/state properties.

Prior to his current role with Authority Appraisals, Kent worked as the real estate manager for a major regional bank, and he was also vice president of a regional, commercial real estate appraisal company. In addition, he managed the regional office of a national environmental engineering company for eight years and managed property and mineral leasing with a large international property and mineral holding company for 15 years.

Kent holds a B.S. and an M.S. of Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Rolla, Missouri.

  • A former, competitive international rifle shooter, his accomplishments include a National Collegiate Championship, 4 All American Rifle Teams, 5 national records, 2 Olympic Rifle finals, and numerous state championships.
