Janice Whaley
Janice brings decades of experience and expertise to Authority Appraisals. In 1983, she began her career as a Real Estate Broker for Century 21 Whaley Inc.
She later transitioned to appraising in 2004 and became licensed in 2006. Janice is a member of professional organizations including the St. Louis Appraisal Institute and St. Charles Board of Realtors.
She additionally brings her educational background including a BA in Valuation Science from Lindenwood University to the Authority Appraisals team.
