With over 10 years of experience spanning residential property inspections, environmental assessments, property management, and real estate sales, James has built a diverse unique portfolio complementing his skills as an appraiser.

He joined Authority Appraisals in 2012 and earned his status as a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2014.

He is FHA- approved and known as an expert in multi-family appraisals based on his background in property management.

James also brings a well-rounded background in land appraisals and appraisal review to the team.  James has taken on a leadership position for Authority Appraisals as Supervisory Appraiser by sharing his extensive knowledge and skills with new appraisal trainee’s.
