Cody began her real estate career in 2011, specializing in property management.
She earned her Real Estate Salesperson License in 2012 and joined the Authority Appraisals team in 2019.
Cody is a State Certified Residential Appraiser, she specializes in rural properties and large acreage sites.
She lives in Silex, Missouri, and has extensive market knowledge in Pike, Lincoln, Montgomery, Warren, and St. Charles Counties.
Cody’s real estate background is complemented by her Master’s in Education Theory & Practice and BS in Business Education.
