Stephanie Swanson is a Missouri Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and brings 20 years of industry experience.
She’ll lend her talent to commercial real estate appraisals, which has been her area of focus throughout her career.
On the Job:
Stephanie has assessed many different types of commercial assets, including retail, multi-family, mixed-use, vacant land, industrial, and office. During this time, she’s written narrative appraisal reports for banks, private lenders, attorneys, individuals, and estates.
Stephanie earned her B.S. in Communications from Missouri State University, and fulfilled Missouri requirements for her Certified General Certification by completing 300+ hours of education, 3000+ hours of work experience, and passing an 8-hour state exam. Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Stephanie worked in sales and management. Stephanie believes that good communication with clients is absolutely essential and meeting deadlines is always one of her top goals. A few of Stephanie’s professional strengths:

She loves spending time with them going out to dinner, listening to music, seeing movies, goofing around at home, and playing with Quinn’s cat, Soup!
She also enjoys live music, wineries, pickleball, and traveling. Some of her favorite places include Nashville, Napa Valley, and Edinburgh, Scotland.
