Stephanie Swanson did an outstanding job. She was informative with questions up front. and then very detailed in her formal appraisal . She also prepared her detailed appraisal very quickly. We would definitely use Stephanie again.

Her rational for her final numbers was thoroughly explained and she provided ample documentation to justify the nujber. A true professional that I would recommend to anyone.
